Room Booking

Merton graduates may book the MCR for private functions when it is not otherwise in use. Please note that all MCR members are still entitled to use the room at the same time.
If you are interested in booking the MCR, please check the termcard and get in touch with the Social Secretaries to find out if there is a clash with any other events. You will then have to fill out the room booking form and return it together with a cheque for £100 payable to Merton College MCR – you will get it back if you remember to clean up after the event. The deadline for this is one week before the event (to ensure that all the relevant permissions can be obtained in time).
